Attention: Windows Vista Users!!

If your computer is running Microsoft Windows Vista or 7, please read this announcement carefully.

In order to achieve the smooth scrolling and mirrored text functionality, FloPrompter integrates very tightly with Windows. Unfortunately, due to some arcane technical choices Microsoft made, Windows complains about the integration and causes an error.

FloPrompter can work well on any version of Windows since XP! After installing FloPrompter, you must run the FloPrompter patcher utility -- even XP and 7 users must run the patcher utility. (Please see the Downloads page for details and to download the patcher.)

FloSpace apologizes for the inconvenience this process causes for our Windows customers. We are working with Microsoft to eliminate the need to run the patch utility altogether.
